Back to buying optionsYellow Flag Water Iris – 4 Live Rhizomes | Iris pseudacorus | Bare Root | Tall Yellow Flowering Pond Iris | Wetland Plant
Add bold yellow blooms and graceful sword-like foliage to your pond, wetland, or garden with this set of 4 live Yellow Flag Water Iris rhizomes (Iris pseudacorus). This vigorous perennial produces bright yellow flowers from spring into early summer and can reach approximately 3–4 feet tall when established. It thrives in very moist conditions along pond edges and wetlands, but can also be planted in a yard in partial shade, especially where it receives mostly morning sun. These are live rhizomes shipped bare root without a pot. Leaves are removed before shipping, and the exposed tops may appear dry or brown after transit. This is normal and does not mean the rhizomes are dead. New growth will develop after planting as the plants establish.
