🌍 1. Where do your products ship from?
All seeds, cuttings, roots, and bulbs are shipped from our trusted growers and suppliers.
This allows us to maintain freshness and quality. Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on sourcing.
🚚 2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
- Processing Time: 3–7 business days
- Shipping Time: Typically 5–15 business days
Tracking may take time to update after shipment.
📦 3. Why is my tracking still showing “Pre-Shipment”?
This means your shipping label has been created, but the carrier has not scanned the package yet.
This is common during high volume periods and does not mean your order has not been shipped.
🎁 4. Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping promotions may vary. Please check the product page or checkout for current shipping offers.
🌿 5. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives severely damaged due to packaging or handling, please contact us within 48 hours.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of packaging (outer & inner)
- Photos of the item from multiple angles
We will review your case and may offer a resolution if the issue is confirmed.

All sales are final.
We do NOT offer returns, refunds, or replacements for:
- Failure to germinate or grow
- Change of mind
- Opened seed packets
- Healthy plants, cuttings, roots, or bulbs

No. We do NOT guarantee germination or plant survival.
Growth depends on many factors beyond our control, including:
- Climate
- Soil conditions
- Planting method
- Care and experience
📦 8. Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
We work with multiple suppliers, so items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery and freshness.
📍 9. My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive it
Please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Check around your mailbox or delivery area
- Wait 1–3 days (sometimes delivery is marked early)
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
