  • We currently ship within the United States only
  • International shipping is not available at this time

📦 Where We Ship From

We work with a network of trusted growers and suppliers across the United States.

  • Orders may ship from different locations
  • Items may arrive in separate packages

This allows us to maintain freshness and provide a wider selection of products.


💲 Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.

Promotions such as free shipping may be offered from time to time.


⏱ Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days
  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

Tracking numbers may be generated before the carrier scans the package.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–15 business days after shipment
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High shipping volume
  • Holidays or peak seasons

📍 Tracking Information

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped (if available)
  • Tracking updates may take time to appear
  • Status such as "Pre-Shipment" means the label has been created but not yet scanned
  • In some cases, tracking may show "Delivered" before the package physically arrives

⚠️ Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, it is no longer under our control.

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Incorrect delivery by the carrier
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

If you experience issues, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Check your mailbox or delivery area
  • Contact your local post office
  • Allow 1–3 additional days for delivery

📬 Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses
  • If a package is returned, reshipping fees may apply

📦 P.O. Boxes

We recommend providing a full street address in addition to a P.O. Box when possible to avoid delivery issues.


🌿 Important Notice for Live Products

Seeds, plants, cuttings, roots, and bulbs are sensitive to shipping conditions.

  • Transit stress may occur
  • Minor cosmetic damage (e.g., bent leaves, loose soil) is normal
  • This is not considered a defect
