- We currently ship within the United States only
- International shipping is not available at this time
📦 Where We Ship From
We work with a network of trusted growers and suppliers across the United States.
- Orders may ship from different locations
- Items may arrive in separate packages
This allows us to maintain freshness and provide a wider selection of products.
💲 Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.
Promotions such as free shipping may be offered from time to time.
⏱ Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3–7 business days
- Processing times may be longer during peak seasons
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
Tracking numbers may be generated before the carrier scans the package.

- Estimated delivery time: 5–15 business days after shipment
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- High shipping volume
- Holidays or peak seasons
📍 Tracking Information
- Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped (if available)
- Tracking updates may take time to appear
- Status such as "Pre-Shipment" means the label has been created but not yet scanned
- In some cases, tracking may show "Delivered" before the package physically arrives
⚠️ Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, it is no longer under our control.
We are not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Lost or stolen packages
- Incorrect delivery by the carrier
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
If you experience issues, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Check your mailbox or delivery area
- Contact your local post office
- Allow 1–3 additional days for delivery
📬 Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses
- If a package is returned, reshipping fees may apply
📦 P.O. Boxes
We recommend providing a full street address in addition to a P.O. Box when possible to avoid delivery issues.
🌿 Important Notice for Live Products
Seeds, plants, cuttings, roots, and bulbs are sensitive to shipping conditions.
- Transit stress may occur
- Minor cosmetic damage (e.g., bent leaves, loose soil) is normal
- This is not considered a defect
