At FaithFolkStudio, we are committed to providing high-quality seeds, cuttings, roots, and bulbs. Due to the nature of these products, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
🔄 Return Window
You must contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery to report any issue.
The return window is based on the delivery date shown in the tracking information.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
🌿 Nature of Our Products (Important)
Seeds, cuttings, roots, and bulbs are natural and perishable items.
We do NOT guarantee germination or growth, as success depends on many factors beyond our control, including:
- Climate and temperature
- Soil conditions
- Watering and care
- Planting methods
- Experience level
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
❌ All Sales Are Final
We do NOT accept returns, refunds, or replacements for:
- Failure to germinate or grow
- Change of mind or unwanted items
- Opened seed packets
- Healthy plants, cuttings, roots, or bulbs
- Orders delayed during shipping (carrier-related delays)
🚚 Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, it is no longer under our control.
We are not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Lost or stolen packages
- Damage caused during transit
However, we will still try to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
⚠️ Damaged Items (Case-by-Case Only)
If your order arrives severely damaged due to our packaging or handling, we may review your case.
To be eligible:
- You must ACCEPT the package (do not refuse delivery)

- Outer packaging
- Inner packaging
- Item condition (multiple angles)
If we determine the damage was caused by our handling, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not require returns, as returning live or perishable items may cause further damage.
