Moulin De La Galette (煎饼磨坊) is a Japanese garden rose introduced in 2014 by breeder Junko Kawamoto. This elegant climbing-style rose is admired for its soft salmon pink blooms blended with warm orange and beige tones, creating a refined vintage garden appearance.

The plant grows approximately 1.5–2.5 meters tall and produces blooms measuring around 8–10 cm across with a mild to moderate fragrance. Its vigorous growth habit and excellent disease resistance make it suitable for trellises, arches, fences, and ornamental garden landscapes.
