Grow tender, fast-growing Asian greens with Mizuna Early, a popular Japanese mustard green often enjoyed as a spinach alternative. This variety produces deeply cut, feathery green leaves with a mild, slightly peppery flavor that is less sharp than traditional mustard greens.
Early Mizuna matures quickly and is highly adaptable, making it ideal for spring and fall planting, as well as succession sowing for continuous harvests. Leaves can be harvested young for baby greens or allowed to mature for full-size bunches. Mizuna is excellent for salads, stir-fries, soups, sautéing, ramen, hot pots, and mixed greens, and performs well in garden beds, raised beds, and containers.
You will receive:
✔️ 300 fresh, viable seeds
