Mary Milton Viburnum (Viburnum plicatum cultivar), commonly known as Japanese Snowball Viburnum, is an ornamental deciduous shrub admired for its showy flower clusters and attractive landscape presence. This cultivar is known for producing large rounded blooms that emerge with soft pink tones before maturing, making it a popular choice for foundation plantings, specimen gardens, and flowering shrub borders.
Its layered branching habit and seasonal floral display provide visual interest throughout the growing season. Japanese Snowball Viburnums are commonly planted in landscape beds, cottage gardens, and mixed shrub borders where they serve as striking ornamental focal points.
