Grow one of the most unique and eye-catching tomatoes available with these Indigo Rose Tomato seeds. Famous for being the first truly purple tomato variety rich in anthocyanins, Indigo Rose produces beautiful fruits with deep purple to nearly black skin where exposed to sunlight. Anthocyanins are the same beneficial plant compounds found in blueberries and other dark-colored fruits.

Developed by Dr. Jim Myers at Oregon State University through over a decade of traditional, non-GMO breeding, Indigo Rose combines exceptional color with delicious homegrown flavor. This remarkable variety traces part of its heritage to wild tomato species collected in Chile and the Galapagos Islands during the 1960s.

These seeds are organically grown with care at Four Oak Farm in Santa Rosa, California. Indigo Rose tomatoes are perfect for home gardens, raised beds, greenhouses, and containers, producing abundant harvests of unique, antioxidant-rich fruit throughout the growing season.
