Charity Lowa (慈善) is a Japanese cut rose introduced by breeder Kiyoshi Imai (今井清), admired for its elegant ornamental blooms and refined fragrance. This own root live rose plant produces decorative flowers with reliable repeat blooming throughout the growing season, making it especially suitable for floral arrangements, patio containers, garden beds, and decorative landscape planting.

The plant grows approximately 100–120 cm tall and produces blooms measuring around 8 cm across. Flowers bloom continuously through multiple seasons and carry a pleasant fragrance that enhances its ornamental appeal. Its balanced shrub growth habit and elegant flower presentation make this variety especially attractive for collector rose gardens and sunny outdoor spaces.

Important Note:
You will receive a live starter plant. Listing photos show the plant at a mature stage for reference only. The actual plant size, shape, and appearance may vary and will be significantly smaller than the images shown.
