💡 Care Tip: Because this plant is shipped bare root, transplant it promptly after arrival into rich, well-draining potting soil in a large container, preferably 1 gallon or larger. Plant the roots deeply without burying the foliage, water thoroughly, and keep the soil moist but not saturated. Place it in bright indirect light for at least the first month while it establishes, then gradually transition it toward full sun. Keep it potted for approximately two months to encourage root development before planting outdoors. Use a climbing support as the vine grows. Important: Carolina Jessamine is toxic to humans if ingested; keep away from children and pets.
